By shopping with us, you’re agreeing that:

Everything you see here — our designs, phrases, graphics, photos, and branding — belongs to GraceSpace Conversations and was created with intention and heart.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required before your order is processed. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, we begin production shortly after your purchase — so please double-check sizing, selections, and shipping details before completing checkout.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 weeks.

After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, we can’t control:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

Since our items are made-to-order, we don’t accept general returns.

If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll gladly make it right.
